CIAO, I’M CHEF ELISA,
I grew up in the beautiful town of Pistoia, Tuscany, where my passion for food was sparked in my family’s seaside pizzeria. Immersed in the scents of fresh ingredients and the warmth of Italian hospitality, I learned early on the importance of cooking with love and authenticity.
Some of my most treasured memories are of Sunday feasts with my grandmother, Peppina, who prepared meals that brought our family together. These experiences taught me to value the simplicity and depth of Tuscan flavors.
Today, I bring that same passion and authenticity to every event I cater, offering true Italian catering for everything from romantic weddings to intimate private dinners.
